"It’s an impressive property but it’s need of updating and repairs. It seems that some updating has been done but it’s still a work in progress. I have mixed feelings about the staff at reception. I dealt with a gentleman at check in and he was very friendly, helpful and clearly understands good customer service. I can’t say the same about his female colleague.
