The guest house is a lovely place to stay right on the river beautiful views, lovely and clean, looks a bit run down but was very surprised when went in the room. Bed very comfortable .

Good, basic accommodation in a convenient location on the waterfront - fine for an overnight stop or for contractors working in the area. Each former student flat has a kitchen and the rooms are en suite.

My room was cosy, had tea and coffee making facilities, a warm, clean and comfortable bed, a heater if i needed it and a wonderful view. The shower wasnt the best but the water from the sink was always hot. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very little warm water to shower.Only got a minute before water ran cold. The Tv couldn't receive a signal. Mainly due to the inside aerial which sat on the windowsill and the terrible draughts coming through the window. The end of the bed was so close to the wardrobe making it difficult to get into the wardrobe. I could list other problems but I am sure you get the gist. Needless to say I would not recommend that anyone use this accommodation. By far the worst accommodation that I ever stayed in

If you’re expecting the Ritz, this isn’t for you. Clean, warm, ensuite, comfy bed and safe with 3 locked doors to get to your room. Staff were lovely and really helpful.

I booked in an hour early as I had arranged to meet someone before proper book in time. The room was bright and clean very nice. Tea and coffee making facilities always a plus. Toilet and shower very clean. Perfect view across the clyde An excellent place to stay.
