"Liked - comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Apartment was a good size. Disliked - microwave unusable, rusty inside. Food left in freezer. Dishwasher not emptied. Blinds in a bad state and would not close properly. Kitchen ceiling vent filthy as was the extractor over the cooker. Floor in very repair with hole in surface and edges curling up. "The room was cold when we arrived and the radiators were ineffective. Fortunately it was warmer when we returned from dinner.
