The potable a/c unit was caked in dirt and unusable. We were brought a fan once we communicated with housekeeping when we realized that the office staff was no help at all. Housekeeping was great even telling us goodbye when we passed on the street. Besides the a/c, the damaged floors were the worst and actually a danger. The laminate had holes in it...

Great restaurants around the property and a 20 min easy walk, with some bridge stairs, to St. Marks square. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it’s a continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. "
