"When we arrived in our double standard room we noticed that there were no windows facing the exterior. We went down to the front desk and talked with Alex who was able to accommodate our request for a room with exterior facing windows. Once settled in the new room the rest of our stay was great. Our experience with the front desk staff was pleasant with the exception of one of the staff who was a bit dismissive and short with us. All the other staff were very helpful and went out of their way...

Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. En bref, un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Oasis. Je garde l'adresse pour un prochain séjour à Barcelone."

The only downside was that you could hear and feel a slight rumble when the train passed underneath. Other than that, everything was perfect!"
