"Awful. Had homeless on the entry steps. Police in reception dealing with something.
Delapidated. And needs money to at least fix cracks in wall and paint it. Needs a good clean the stairs had years of dust on them.
Looks like a hotel that the owners have just forgotten about."
"Nice clean room. Large, had 2 single and double beds. Room was off the courtyard, so easy to access and minimal noise carried over from the pub. Pleasant service. Note that need to use key card to turn on power in the room. Would stay again."
"Arrived after a 4 hour drive only to be told that they stopped serving dinners at 4pm and only did bar snacks. X rated guest in next room who had a visitor?? making so much noise that only stopped after shouting twice, and then having to open my door and shout at them again"
"Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay."
"Feel like the pictures and description did not meet expectations or match the property. This property is more of a bedsit with shared kitchen and living area. The room is big enough for a double bed and enough room to walk round it. The bathroom was ok, unfortunately the shower head was leaking and the power in the shower fluctuates, possibly when another person runs water in the property. We only got one bath towel for an adult and child, not even a hand towel. Not sure where the city view was...

Shower , toilet , barbeque all very good , Hot tub BRILLIANT when in it .
Tent ample room to move around and side windows let in enough light during daytime .
Cooler box was very good kept the ice frozen all the time we were there and not electric (Yeti) thats the make of it .
Amazing views from the site and peaceful .
Bad points
Steps for the hot tub not stable need attatching to the side .
No direction signs to the place and no phone or internet signal so no sat nav and not...
"It was ok but what I did not really like is that after booking, they took me to some where else. It was comfortable and nice. Also central area. Wasn't really a bad idea to stay there in the end. The people I met there were nice people "
