"Terrible experiencia. El sitio nunca me compartió el código/pin para ingresar a las instalaciones, tuve que esperar hasta el día siguiente para que alguien me pudiera atender personalmente. Cuando me pudieron dar acceso al edificio, el lugar estaba muy sucio, instalaciones desgastadas, personal no hablaba correctamente en inglés. Fue una muy mala experiencia, tuve que rentar hospedaje en otro sitio."

"Was fairly cheap compared to nearby hotels with a pub next door and a petrol station/shop nearby. It's an ex-premier inn and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was a bit on the grotty side. The grab and go breakfast was a shambles. I ordered it to the room on Monday for 0730 and it came at 0715, Wednesday it was ordered for 0720 and it came at 0650 and the coffee was a mocha instead of what I asked for, each time I was woken up before my alarm, not happy at all. "The checking in service is terrible no key safe number was sent I had to ring up and mess about trying to sort it out nice place only 2 cups and 4 guest so that’s not great"

"Needs an overhaul, ripped shades and scuffed paint, but clean and depending on what you need very good location"

"Compared to the images in my mind from outside, the room was actually quite spacious with nice looking modern flooring and tiles in the bathroom. It was very quiet even into the morning. The only two complaints were what looks like mould on the shower ceiling and pretty small bat towels."

"The shrubs need to be trimmed. On the positive side the room and bathroom I had were clean and filled with natural light. Staff was very obliging. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population."

"The room was not clean, the food was disgusting and the place was loud all hours with drunk men and school trips. Only positive was that the bar lady was nice"
