"Contracted property earlier in the afternoon to request a early check-in as weather was bad, left a message but no-one got back to me. Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. As the town was busy that weekend there was no affordable places for me and my daughter to stay so the only option we had was to head to train station and buy tickets to return to Newcastle. This...

"Liked - comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Apartment was a good size. Disliked - microwave unusable, rusty inside. Food left in freezer. Dishwasher not emptied. Blinds in a bad state and would not close properly. Kitchen ceiling vent filthy as was the extractor over the cooker. Floor in very repair with hole in surface and edges curling up. "Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "We stayed for 3 nights and it was the most relaxing and beautiful stay in the countryside of Cotswolds! The studio pod is spacious enough for two people, kitted out with good appliances and everything you really need for a lovely stay. The bed is very comfortable (I have back problems and can never get comfortable away from home, but this was great comfort for me). The location is perfect, close to many places of interest.
