"clean room very spacious and nice"

"The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, and I-10. However, the area is sketchy; it didn't feel safe. The hotel decor is fantastic; however, the room smelled like mildew. I couldn't bear to stay in the first room, and I was moved to a different room upon request. "Everything was great"

"I screwed up my booking and the staff was nice enough to fix my problem. The room was amazing as always. I've got my regular place when in town!"

"The hotel had a smell to it. The hallways and elevators was dirty, rooms was filthy! The sheet had stains. I was very disappointed."

"I was asked for $100 CASH deposit, the room was dirty, and everything smelled like weed. Unacceptable"

"Well the first shift workers were really nice and pleasant, the late shift lady was mad she had to work and not helpful. The breakfast is pork no turkey products, but there are waffles, muffins were delicious, toast, cereal, and fruit. Overall nice, and will be back."

"My wife and I stayed in room 610. The room was clean basically, but there seem to be mold under the bench along the wall. It looked black so I’m not sure if it was black mold. The place looks nice. The bar was OK but everything you have to pay for you can’t even get a cup of coffee in the morning without paying four dollars for a small cup it’s all à la cart. Staff were very good."

"Good"

"DO NOT STAY please save your money until this place makes some changes. The room was dirty. The lounge chair was brown from dirt and wear. The room smelled like very strong bug spray. I had to sleep with a mask on. Couldn’t sleep under the covers it had stains all over. It was a complete waste"

"The breakfast was amazing. Some of the staff was amazing. One of the lady’s who answered the phone I believe her name was Dena could use some better customer service skills."
