"The Woolpack Inn excelled in a lot of areas,especially with respect to parking nearby, with good food throughout and a comfortable and quiet room/suite with good furnishings, TV, kettle, bathroom-shower facilities. " Got a text from the property management to get in to the room. Access to the property was through an unlocked front door and a room door with a combination lock which was loose and did not work. Rang the property mobile number and they said turn itleft and right then the code works. Almost immediately they sent a text demanding another payment of £45 for cleaning services which would be on top of £74 paid up front to Hotels.com.
