"Clean room, helpful and friendly staff, we didn’t have breakfast but it looked good, the bar is also nice. Exhibition on each floor was a nice touch. The best thing about it is the location - metro is very near. Very close by to Crew Collection Cafe. Great for couples. Would absolutely come back to stay here again, I like that it’s self check-in and check-out. You can leave your luggages all day. Saw so many people who aren’t hotel guests going to the bar downstairs so it’s got lovely...
"My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. It shows signs that it has been recently renovated. The room was very spacious and clean, and clearly recently renovated. Bathroom was very clean and in good shape. The property doesn't look very good from the outside, the drive way is not well kept, but the reception is in good shape. They have a person there 24/7, which is unusual for this type of hotel. Location is not the best for Montreal, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel,...
"Double capsule is way more comfortable than the twin. I did twin for two nights and in comparison, double felt less claustrophobic. One issue- my locker was broken, so I had to keep my luggage with me in my capsule.
Also- I wish there was a way to turn off the control panel lights without turning off power. Turning off power unlocks the doors to the capsule which feels unsafe all night long esp in a mixed-dorm."
"The property was very clean, organized and conveniently located - you can easily move around easily even if you don’t have a car. It’s central to the cafes and convenience stores. The only issue is that the staff didn’t return any phone calls or E-Mails."
