It's pretty nice and clean, the staff was helpful. Tha capsules are comfy and secure. I would definetly recommend it if you need to stay in Montréal 1-2 days and plan only sleep there

It was a great and comfortable hotel, with easy access to many of Montreal's highlights. The block it is in is slightly run down. Loved the design features in the hotel. Because the bathrooms are shared, they can get dirty quickly.

The washrooms and bathrooms were dirty. The reception staff were nice and accommodating but the staff inside (who clean the common space) was rude. The ventilation in the capsule was not functioning properly which is really bad since the space is too small. The location is good. Overall I do not recommend.

The bed was in the box. I was surprised first. You can not stand in the box except sitting. You can not bring anything in the box. Whoever wants to sleepover there , once you are in the box, you will be comfortable. There is smart tv, air conditioner, lights, phone charger. And the bed is comfortable too. The price is also good.

Clearly most of the guests were not aware of the quiet hours. I heard noise all around me through the night. I couldn’t get good sleep throughout my 3-nights stay. I don’t understand the use of those regulations without proper enforcement. Each capsule got unexpectedly poor noise insulation. I could hear every step of the guest at night. There were elderly in the hotel where they could barely get into the capsule on neither the upper nor lower one. Facility was poorly managed. Terrible experience ever.

Voici quelques propositions comme Consultant hôtelier, je vous propose que changer les cartes hébergement de blanche pour la couleur noire identifié Capsule Montréal plus facile à retrouver sur des drap blanc et meilleur marketing.. Par la suite à titre préventif les marches pour le deuxième étage des capsules il y a sur le marché un collant plus abrasif de couleur claire pour ne pas que le pied sur la marche puisse glisser et prévenir un accident... Des écriteaux pour aviser la clientèle de respecter la propreté des lieux par respect pour la clientèle... Une fontaine ⛲ serait apprécié pour s'abreuver... Merci pour votre compréhension.. B. G

J'ai été à l'hôtel Capsule à plus de 14 reprises pour une meilleure évaluation objectives soit au premier niveau du plancher et au deuxième étages en lit simple et en lit double.. Point fort : Le Prix sont très compétitif pour la nuitée de cette établissement. Emplacement près des transports en commun. Le personnel est courtois et serviable. La propreté de l'établissement.. Point faible Cette établissement Hôtelière serait approprié pour la capsule du bas pour les personnes âgées et à mobilité réduite.. Une recommandation qui selon mon humble avis des capsules habitables de la clientèle seraient d'envisager ultérieurement un meilleur qualité et confort des sommiers... Pas de fontaine d'eau pour la clientèle... Éclairage trop sombre dans les couloirs de l'établissement Et les portes en direction des escaliers vers le bas pour les douches, salle de bain et de salle de repos sont mal identifiés... Serviette pour la douche, manque important d'investissement... La climatisation des chambres n'est pas uniforme et de la même température pour chaque chambre.. Intérieur des chambres sont bien adaptées mais aucun poste de télévision.. Les postes offerts disponibles, Netflix, YouTube, Prime et autres que vous devrez avoir vos abonnements personnels... PS : Point positif J'ai remarqué depuis mes séjours que la direction de l'établissement apportais des améliorations significatives pour l'amilioration du service à la clientèle.. BG

Parfait pour une nuit in and out de Montréal! Les douches/salles de bain pourraient être un petit peu plus propres, mais globalement le staff et le rapport qualité/prix est très bon! Je recommanderais tout de même de s’apporter des bouchons pour s’assurer un meilleur sommeil si vous êtes sensibles au bruits.

J’avais de hautes attentes, mais c’était moins technologique que ce que j’avais envisagé. C’était davantage un dortoir déguisé en capsules. Pas d’insonorisation, portes qui claquent et son de serrure qui ouvrent troublaient le sommeil. Climatisation dans la capsule insuffisante… Les installations étaient neuves et propres, mais juste un peu plus d’attention à la finition et pousser un peu plus loin le confort des capsules aurait bonifié l’expérience. Vis qui dépassait du mur dans la chambre. Il faudrait aussi qu’au Check in on nous rassure sur les mesures de sécurité en cas d’incendies. On s’est inquiété lorsque qu’on a vu qu’il fallait passer par un bouton électrique pour ouvrir les portes de la chambre de l’intérieur.

Honnêtement dans la véracité des faits comme consommateur informé et averti... Cette hôtel est vraiment sujet à l'amilioration pour sa clientèle... Point fort : Le Prix sont très compétitif pour la nuitée de cette établissement. Emplacement près des transports en commun. Le personnel est courtois et serviable. La propreté de l'établissement.. Point faible: Vraiment pas adapté où conseillé pour les personnes handicapées, âgées, ou toute personne à mobilité réduite et surtout aux personnes obèses.. Cette Hôtel n'est vraiment pas recommandée... Pas de fontaine d'eau pour la clientèle... Éclairage trop sombre dans les couloirs de l'établissement Et les portes en direction des escaliers vers le bas pour les douches, salle de bain et de salle de repos sont mal identifiés... Serviette pour la douche, manque important d'investissement... La climatisation des chambres n'est pas uniforme et de la même température pour chaque chambre.. Intérieur des chambres sont bien adaptées mais aucun poste de télévision.. Les postes offerts disponibles, Netflix, YouTube, Prime et autres que vous devrez avoir vos abonnements personnels... Overall had a good stay at capsule hotel! The pods were clean, pretty comfortable and was a great price. The only complaints are that it could get very hot and stuffy inside of the pods, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner - otherwise was an enjoyable stay!
