"Accommodation was great, clean and newly refurbished with spacious room and good shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Shortage of forks/mugs however in kitchen. Good location near university with lots of nearby buses and train to centre. Accommodation could do better with recycling though and communal lights left on 24 hrs etc. HOWEVER I extended my stay and was NOT given the new door code so was forced to wait for more than 2 hours outside until the ‘emergency’ phone number picked up. "The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England. The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham...
