"The water was the draw for us and we enjoyed the views from which were available from just about every indoor location. The living space was fine for the 2 of us. We wondered, since there are beds for 6, how larger groups relax. There’s a picnic table with seating in an adjacent room but in the living room there’s only one couch that seats 3. Recognizing that there are high stools for the counter and a cushion, perhaps a comfortable armchair would be nice as additional seating. Just a thought.🙂"

"We had fun. The weather was nice even though it rained a little bit. The family had fun kayaking during the day and the pond was nice and relaxing. Bonfire at night. The place is beautiful and clean 👍😊😊😊"

She absolutely loved it and stayed there during our 5 day stay while I had business to handle. She loves being near the water and although the place was set back a little from the water... it was great for her and the time she spent there. We enjoyed the privacy and overall time we spent there. "

"Magnificent! Quiet, wooded setting on Gould Pond. Cozy house with cabin feel. Our stay was in winter with a fresh coating of snow on the frozen pond. DEFINITELY recommend!"

"The home was just as advertised and close to Lake Sunapee. It was a very short walk to town which was key for us. The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating."
