"In the aftermath of 30+” of snow we dug out and sought a new location with power and hot showers. How blessed we were to find this gem. A point of refuge and some much needed R&R. Cabin was quaint, warm, and comfortable, and the host was attentive and welcoming. Thank you for this port in the storm. 😊"

"Was surprised with a stay in a suite. The water in the bath was nice and hot, the pillows in the room were the best pillows I've ever used, and the room was the perfect temperature all night. Beautiful views and a wonderful stay."
"The cleanliness is the only area they need to improve. There was a clump of hair in the shower, and the vents are very dusty. Staff was great and very accommodating, kind and friendly. The pool area was very large with plenty of seats. Really like all the little chairs and tables tucked into spots throughout the building. My hands are always full and I’m always looking for the keycard or my phone so it was nice to have the tables. "
"Aiken Manor's proprietor, Yvonne, was a fabulous hostess—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.
We took full advantage of the kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and loved relaxing around the property. Each morning began with an excellent breakfast, just as other reviews had promised—fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day. We also biked the Northern Rail Trail which is directly behind Aiken Manor.
In just three days, we packed in a week's worth of fun. The combination of outdoor activities, cozy accommodations, and Yvonne’s hospitality made this a standout getaway."
"My husband and I stayed two nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. From start to finish, this trip was amazing. The treehouse was tucked back into the woods with plenty of privacy. The pathway lights and the lanterns surrounding the lower deck area was gorgeously inviting. We made our way inside and were absolutely blown away by how beautiful it was! Everything was pristine, updated appliances, sweet and simple decor. The rainfall shower head was incredible. The hot tub was clean and an absolutely perfect way to relax. The lighting around it made it so romantic and magical. We were close by to a couple cute towns in Vermont where we went to dinner. But far enough off the beaten path to hear the crickets chirping. And don’t forget to visit the farmstand on the property and get some of Lisa’s homemade donuts because they were THE BEST donuts we’ve ever had, we bought all of them before we went home We have and will continue to recommend this place to any and all of our friends, and we will for sure be back in the future! Thanks so much Lisa for sharing your beautiful space with us!! "
