"Pics are not what the rooms look like. Worn and tired. Mildew or mold in bathroom ceiling and upper wall. Way overpriced for the establishment and amenities. Asked for refund when arrived said not what expected and said couldn't do that due to third party booking. When I woke up in am saw small black bug on side of sheet and advised clerk checking out. He insists the rooms are clean and not a bedbug. Google search suggests might be. Left bedclothes behind just in case and luggage...

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, as the selection was somewhat limited. Overall, a good experience, and I would consider staying here again."

During a rough time in life and coming here has got to be my little piece of heaven (Serenity) during a storm . Staff is always very accommodating and never mean and unprofessional like some other places when you make a few hiccups during booking and have to make some changes during check-in. This place is nothing short of amazing!!! Also the remodel is just blissful serene peaceful...
