"Ideal location to train station and tube. Baker Street and area is close with a great vibe. Felt safe. Towels, bedding, supplies were all very clean. Great for a few days and good price."

"Check in is automated and frankly a bit of a nightmare, we were given room2 which is in the basement and it was freezing cold, damp and very noisy. Thankfully it was only for one night! The location is excellent so if you’re stuck it’s a credible option but massively overpriced for what it is. It’s very very basic"

"Clean room, good location."

"Very helpful staff"

"We did not be complete our booking in the apartment for our stay in london. When we arrived very late at night it was disgusting. All the bedding was stained, there was food over the kitchen floor, dirty used towels in the bathroom, broken furniture and no windows to open for any sort of air. This is not what we were promised when we decided to book with yous. No photos that were given when booking were matched to any sort of standard. When i called up the property to ask why our place hadn’t...

"Very convenient location, very friendly staff but the room stunk especially in the morning due to the drains. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless in a pickle."

The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option."

"Inspite of the cramp room and how old this building is; it was priced right during my time of stay. I appreciate the location how central it was for piblic transport. The staff were really helpful. They were also available 24-7 ( I think) coz I left past 2AM and few people were manning the pub and the pub wasn’t crowded at all times of day. Please is recommended for solo budget travellers."

"The property was extremely dirty and full of mould. Carpet was completely wet and the room was full of mould and with a very intriguing stank! Disgusting!!!!! Communication with accommodation was very bad, not reachable and not open for any service. Colleague Expedia Devon was Very helpful, but also couldn’t reach the other and other booking agency. I booked with Expedia, i don’t have any contract with any other booking company, this should be arranged by Expedia, which unfortunately for...
