"The arrangements to access the property were accurate and worked fine. I was very comfortable. My stay was short and sweet, having to leave very early for a morning flight. For me, the name implied a short distance from the airport, and I travelled to Luton by train. - it was a long uphill walk from the station! However it was very easy to arrange a car to pick me up at 4.30 the next morning."

"Good stay at the Pear Tree Inn! Staff were great, calling me as I was arriving late and sending across a AVT invoice quickly (as there is no one there on checkout)! There is no hairdryer in the room - I didn’t realise this until the morning and there was no one downstairs to ask! "

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...
