"優點是碰到的所有飯店員工都很親切，房間內部很寬敞，雖然不幸碰到下雨，但房間就能泡澡，而且飯店內部公共澡堂有好幾個池子可以泡，完全不會無聊，另外還有四間私人浴池（不用預約，但前面有人的話要排隊等候）、一個男女共用露天浴池（要預約），泡完有冰牛奶、按摩椅，非常舒適放鬆，晚上還可以到交誼廳喝飲料，另外，吃到飽的早餐很精緻，東西也都蠻好吃的。對了，這間飯店如果要獨旅的話也很合適。 整體而言這次體驗很好，尤其每一個碰到的員工都親切微笑，讓整個住宿體驗加分。如果真的要挑缺點出來，只能想到入住的時候，因為需要花點時間跟房客講解設施位置、使用時間等，所以花了一些時間排隊等候。另外因為設施跟房間在不同棟，所以一開始花了點時間適應，但這些對整體感受影響不大。簡而言之，這間飯店就算沒有熱海煙火，也會想再去住宿享受一下。 "
