"breakfast was great. rooms where clean. Only downfall was the pool area wasn't monitored and it's not a big area, so it was very loud, crowded and our kids where getting hit at the bottom of the slide cause other kids don't wait. Staff was very good and helpful."

"Found a pink pill on the bottom of the coffee holder. I have 3 children under the age of 5 that could have found it. Other than that the staff were courteous and welcoming which is always a plus to me. Double check rooms though after cleaning."

"Check in was fairly quick, there were a few people ahead of my family. Once in our room, all was fine... everything was in working order. The room next to us had noisy kids, and we could hear the noise through the walls. Plus airplane noise started before 7am, and was loud in our room. Yet my kids heard minimal noise in their room across the hall. Breakfast was fine...eggs, a meat, potatoes, waffle maker and bread options. Along with individual cereal boxes, yogurt...etc If you needed a...

"The woman who checked me in while not rude was not the friendliness. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The carpet in the room was stained but was clean. This was a smoking room yet there was no ashtray and previous guests left burn marks on the furniture. Television did not work as did one lamp. Overall not a good stay."
