"I was very disappointed with my stay. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets looked dirty, and there was a chair in the room covered in stains that I did not feel comfortable placing my belongings near. Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my reservation and blamed Expedia for the issue. As a result, I had to wait over an hour for the situation to be resolved. This was especially frustrating because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were left waiting...

"The property was dated, the night staff didn’t want to provide a roll of tissue, they don’t offer pack-n-play. They have made up rules that they call “policy” but when you ask for a copy or we link, they cannot produce. It’s not worth the money"

"We had a terrible experience with the check in staff. The room served it's purpose. Bed was comfy enough. The elevator was out, but the worst part was the staff member at check in. When we came back to the room after our event (close to 1am) our key cards were deactivated. Apparently, we were never checked in and our room was issued to someone else! They occupants walked in and saw our stuff then returned to the front desk. The check in girl was rude, argumentative, and then never actually...
