"Check in was easy, and staff were helpful regarding parking. Room was clean and comfortable enough for a couple nights. Towels and wash gel provided. Nice to include a table fan because of the hot weather. Could have done with some more sockets in the room - only 2 sockets and one was used by the fan."

"Firstly it was not suitable if you have a physical disability. There is no-one to help with cases or a place to store them. Narrow, winding staircases made carrying suitcases extremely difficult. We were on 3rd floor. The room itself had broken window (not the glass) and a small child would not have been safe, the safety ties were not adequate. Door handle to bathroom had a single screw, instead of 4, could not be used. Toilet roll holder broken, extractor fan not working, gripper rod to carpet...

"The breakfast was excellent but wasn't at the Lady Hamilton it was 2 doors down. The double room was tiny, more suited to a single room. There was a very small space between the wall and the bed and care was needed not to nudge the kettle on the way past. No space for furniture although a hanging rail and a few shelves were behind a curtain. There was a stool. To exit the property there was a steep staircase and a fire door that shut behind you. "Clean room, good value, very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was above the pub on a Friday and Saturday night so it was noisy until close but earplugs did the job."

"I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing.
