"This was a one night stay on our way to Edinburgh with our dogs. It was exactly what we needed a comfortable, clean and well equipped room right next to a lovely pub that is also dog friendly. Sonia and the team couldn't do enough for us, fetching water for our dogs after a long journey. Asking if we had everything we needed. We had a good meal that night and a lovely breakfast the following morning. Such a friendly place, we will definitely be back!"

"Large bedroom and recently modernised en-suite. All clean and tidy. Nice and warm (4 day stay in January). Breakfasts were excellent and the food available for the evening meals in the pub part of the hotel was also good. All of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The car park is big. Breakfast does not start until 7.30am. You order it from the menu the night before and it was always ready for 7.30 for me, but I was there on business it left me quite tight for getting to my meeting...

"The Den was fantastic - clean/plenty of room/kitchen facilities fantastic/bedroom fabulous and great walk in shower - could not fault a single thing about our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a great break - can walk into Leyburn for shops and good pubs and great walks of the The Dales."

"From the moment we arrived till the morning we left we were made very welcome by all the people involved in running the OYO . They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh 👍👍👍) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks "

"The B&B was amazing We stayed in the annexe which was like home from home Extremely well equipped and furnished to a very very high standard with everything and more than you could hope for The breakfast was very tasty 5 stars and more for the Hill If you are visiting the high force waterfalls like we did I would highly encourage and recommend that you stay at the Hill B&B "

"Ignore the reviews, its cheap, very quiet, and ideal if you not expecting the savoy. Only negatives was broken accessability toilets, and bad kitchen, but u get what you pay for. Young guy on reception very helpful and friendly."
