"The staff of hotel was nice. The location was 20 minutes walking distance from the main square in Rome and 5 minutes from the termini station or the bus shuttles that can bring you to the airport. Inside the hotel was dirty. Even tho they brought us clean towels the bathroom and the room was dirty. There is no air conditioning or fridge for hot summer days. We didn't eat breakfast there only because it looked dirty. We found a restaurant in front of the hotel Aquila Nera that made the best...

Christina made my stay so pleasant and she was incredibly helpful: she recommended restaurants, beautiful and less touristy places to visit, transportation routes, etc. I feel she genuinely cares for her customers' well-being and safety, as well as the quality of their stay, not only at the hotel but in Rome in general. "The room was not in the hotel but on a different street around the block, but it had everything we needed and very centrally located, staff was helpful and prompt to respond to any inquiries and cleaned the room a few times. If you’re looking for luxury amenities go somewhere else, but overall this was decent, clean, straightforward and convenient."
