"Andrea was a responsive manager and upgraded us to a marvelous room that was very nicely renovated and LARGE! The bed was very comfortable and we had a view of the Ponte Vecchio --air conditioning was good and there was no street noise despite the location being so central. The ONLY drawback is the fact that there is no working lift and you have to drag your luggage up n down stairs yourself. I highly recommend the hotel hire a porter to transport luggage. "

"The building is old, and the elevator is also old and small. Both outside and inside look old, but the rooms are very clean and new. The shower works well, and the air conditioner is good. The place is in a quiet area with a park in front. It is a little far from the train station, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the tourist area. But it is a nice place if you want a quiet night."

"I stayed here for three nights as part of a holiday through northern Italy. The hotel is on the 4th floor, and there is an elevator. The location is excellent - a few steps from the cathedral and close to other main sights in town. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I needed. Having breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the cathedral was a nice bonus. Will recommend."

"2 star rated but 5 star service. Simple rooms, Beds were nice, regular non-touristy neighborhood. staff could not be better. No need to pay for an expensive hotel with the same room. "
