I asked him for his name and he won't give me. I want him to take my name and he won't take it to see if he posted the deposit back to my account. Very unproffessional."

"Not able to use the pool, people were sitting in groups in the parking lot drinking, eating, sitting in lawn chairs in open parking paces. The pool was so full of people, it was dangerous to let our small children get in it. The next morning the outside area was littered with fast food containers. Our room was dirty and had bugs in the beds. The other guests in neighboring rooms allowed their young children to room around outside up and down to walkway past midnight. We felt unsafe all...

"Hotel is clean. We stayed there a couple times. Right across from the Ocean."

"Room was very spacious, plenty of room for the kids to walk around and play. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and very tasteful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is great especially if you have small children being it starts off at 3 ft."

"Will NEVER stay there again. Asked to change rooms and said they would. We chose to leave to eat after waiting for 2 to 3 hours and they said they couldn't upon us getting back. Said they knocked on our door. Said they were full but we're not. They could have called us to come change rooms. The bathroom was terrible. There was sheetrock mud all in the tub and mold. Smelt like piss. Roaches crawling everywhere. Drunks outside. Apparently several people live there..I'm not judging anyone but they...

"The place smelled like mildew, so did the elevator. When we got to the room although it was clean, the beds were deceiving as soon as you sat on the bed it sunk. The rooms smelled hardcore like moth balls and a very strong mint smell. I slept 5 hours and left quickly! The only good thing i would have to say is that the man at the reception was super nice and friendly. Cant knock the staff for the bad experience."

"My key did not work the next time we tried to get in after check-in. We went STS weekend and it is by the Gulfport Dragway and the people leaving were cutting up and being extremely loud."

"The room was okay , the paint was chipping off the rub and walls and it just felt uncomfortable to me . But if need some just for one day I’ll recommend but other than that no . It was last min trip for me and family so had get some quick ."
