Most of the staff were kind. They didn't go above and beyond but most of the people we interacted with attempted to be helpful and were polite. The man who checked us in was a little snooty but nothing crazy. The property itself was gross. The rooms were icky. Thankfully I carry disinfectant wipes with me and I cleaned the room myself. There was a very strong chemical smell on floor 2. It was almost like a chlorine smell but there was no pool so????? There was mold on the ceiling and windows. They had a broken dryer and cracks in the wall. There was a broken air purifier in the room? I think this hotel charges an insane amount of money for the product they are willing to put out! Also, we asked for pillows and were told there was no extra. We got to the room and they didn't even have sheets or pillows provided for the pullout that we had stated we would be using. Had to go ask a 2nd time and they finally pulled stuff from a different room.

They gave away the suite i booked and refused to pay difference. They also have roaches. The place was ragedy. The breakfast was terrible and out of everything. Dont stay here worst $230 i ever spent!

The smell in the room was terrible. WiFi would not work. The lady at the front desk tried to help but couldn’t get WiFi to work either. Breakfast on the first day wasn’t great but at least there was plenty of most of the food. The second day no one was refilling anything with over an hour left of breakfast so there was nothing left to eat. The heater for the indoor pool wasn’t working so the water was freezing. Kids tried to enjoy it anyway but I couldn’t let them stay in there very long. Looks like hotel has been updated not long ago but no one seems to be trying to keep it running good.

The rooms were not properly sweep. Towels were not replenish after asking since it’s one two sets. Need more facial cloth for bathing and washing up. There was a clicking sound coming from either refrigerator or AC unit ALLL NIGHT. when you walk unit he room, the floor sinks in likes it’s about to collapses. The gentleman at front counter addressed by saying “yeah’. I wasn’t sure if he was talking to me until I realize he sat during the transaction until it was time to make my key and for me to pay my deposit.

The couch bed had no sheets or blanket in room so went down stairs and he said they only had one set "maybe" no extra blanket. Got eoom with jetted hot tub and one jet worked, one remote for two tvs. Watch a truck come out of the woods and dump dived, throwing multiple black garbage bags in truck. I blew horn and they drove off. Backbinto woods so i felt very unsafe in parking lot.

There is black mold on the ACs, holes in the wall and God knows what splattered on the walls. I had to wash off the dirty toilet seat before I could sit on it. The room smelled of mold and mildew. We booked 3 nights and did not spend 1 there. Checked in but after seeing the condition of the place and the room, checked right back out. Expedia, you should NOT be recommending this hotel for safety concerns.
