"The staff were very friendly and helpful and some of the amenities were adequate enough.
However, the blind was broken above one of the beds which let in an excessive amount of light in the early hours of the morning, which was extremely unideal with a four year old and a one year old child staying.

"Room was ok ..big size but hallway stank of weed and a/c didn’t cool ..it kept changing itself from 16 to 18 and it was hot ! I was too scared to go down to reception to change rooms as it was late ..check in and out girls were nice & apologetic.
Would I return : no …the outside looks good but the inside not great ..better at flights !"
"The hotel is well located but not right in the city. Parking is convenient just out the back door, and as it is monitored on CCTV the door was opened straight away so we didn't have to walk around to the front door. The breakfast was top notch also. Great value for money."
"I had good sleep. The lady making breakfast very friendly makes you feel like home. I booked one day and then added another night. Good for the price, I had to ask for pillows the one was in the room wasn’t to my liking . "
"This was our second stay here. Fairly basic, but ideal to use as a base to sleep as you explore other things. The hotel was clean, as were the rooms. We were very pleased to note how quiet the rooms were, enabling a good noghts sleep. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was more than adequate with a good hot shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included was more of a takeaway , and would certainly be an acquired taste! But overall, very good for that...
"There was no breakfast available despite the description stating there was. The bath had no plug & the electric shower was very temperamental (from cold to scalding). The decor left a lot to be desired with nails/screws sticking out of the walls. There wasn’t a TV in each room & bedroom furniture was unstable."

In the bedroom, three of four pillows on the bed had brown marks on them; the dressing table chair had a long brown streaky stain on it (looked like 💩) and in the bathroom, there was no rubber seal on the bottom of the glass shower screen, so water poured out onto the floor when showering. Other minor cosmetic issues included missing tiles under the bathroom sink, and scuffs on...
"The divan was to big for the mattress, no bath towel or milk in the room, it hadn't even been hoovered. I went down to the bar to ask for some milk and a towel I got the towel but was told they have any milk, luckily there was a shop near by, for the price i paid i expected better"
