"Night concierge was really helpful, had us checked in and in room within 5 mins, room smelt clean and fresh on arrival. Not sure if we were put in a disabled access room because the bathroom was a bit clinical like a hospital bathroom but was very clean. No TV in room or extra amenities (kettle) whitch i never checked on booking but there was a hairdryer.
