"Stayed here multiple times. And they've always been helpful and the facilities have always been clean."

"They have a $50 deposit in Addition to the room charge. We were told it wouldn’t be charged if room left ok but we were charged and it took a couple days to return it to us. Breakfast was kind of sparse. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed—refrigerator, TV, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, air conditioner, and more. When I first entered, it felt a bit humid—probably because the AC had been turned off—but it improved once I turned the air conditioner on. It's a quiet location, just a 10-minute drive from UF. If you're visiting the UF campus or UF hospital, this is an excellent spot. The property offers a great combination of location and price. I plan to stay here...

"ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. Run down to say the absolute least, there has been ZERO cares given on this property and the owners should be absolutely ashamed for even charging the 70 bucks a night. My nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes, and it was dirty! There was dry poop in the toilet bowl, there was hairballs in the tub drain, the tub itself was just dirty, walking the hall back to my car the smell of marijuana was strong. My husband walked back to the front and spoke to the receptionist and...

"Everything was pretty nice although the shower curtain and shower combo was a little strange. Some of the buttons on the tv remote didn't work at times. All in all it was a nice stay at a good price."
