I managed to find another hotel where the front desk informed me that this hotel has a reputation for canceling reservations when demand and rates go up and they know they can sell the room for more than the reservation price. One employee with no experience on a I Pad. Was told I was in room 205 but when I returned some one was in the room. Ended up in room 240. The room itself was not bad but all the conditions registration no room key internet down garbage all over the ouside of the building were terrible "
