"Loved the position of the rooms, overlooking the hills. No stairs. Large facilities. Offload parking, no charge. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble Ate at the pub, good selection of pub food and drinks. Would have liked complimentary shower gel."
"Wasn’t aware we had to check in by a certain time. An email was sent half an hour beforehand considering the location and reason we were visiting the area this could easily have been missed"
"Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nicely decorated. Great location. Easy to access with codes provided. Water pressure quite low in the shower (on first floor)."
"We booked though Expedia, but Expedia didn't send any details to us (either by email or text) to enable us to gain access into the property.
We were on the street for 30 minutes, having to try to get some progress using Expedia's 'Automated Assistant' - but, ironically, this 'assistant' proved to be no assistance whatsoever,

If this was accurately disclosed we would have never booked at this accommodation. The beds were comfortable and room was warm, breakfast was good but it still remains that we were disappointed with the description and would not...

Black mould around shower tray plus to either side of the toilet. Tiles in bathroom hadn't been cleaned in months as bathroom floor. Tall lamp was the same as other lamps were dusty. Table had crumbs left on it so did kitchen worktops. Drawers to kitchen were filthy inside....
"The room was very comfortable, spotless and a very good size, and the location perfect. This is a true find. Lovely accommodation and fabulous hosts! We had a perfect time. Thank you!"
"Shepherd's Lodge was near to upton upon seven. A lovely village with lots of quaint shops selling handmade items. Pentley of places to eat and drink."
