"Hotel main entrance always closed with a sign saying use the small side door that required force to open. The moment you step inside, you see stairs leading to the basement and the door closes with a squeeky sound as if its a horror movie scene. Check‑in was completed and I was assigned a room on the 5th floor and told to use the stairs because the lift was recently out of order. More toilet roll, tea, coffee etc in reception area if you run out to help yourself too.
