"We spent 3 nights in this property over MLK weekend. Location-wise, we were only 14 minutes from Jay Peak resort which was great because we spent most of our time there. The neighborhood itself seems a bit rundown (the house next door to this house is completely abandoned and the house on the other side must be multiple rentals as the entire backyard is a parking lot filled with cars).
