"The room (bathroom) was pretty dirty and did not have any soap or shampoo in the dispensers. More disappointing was the fact that almost all activities were closed- and only 2 restaurants were open. The website advertises summer festivals, music, lots of activities but in reality most places were closed. Restaurants are seasonal and one of the two that were actually open (grilled clubhouse) offered a very different menu than posted on the website. I think it’s a shame the resort does not mention...
"We stayed at the Jay Village Inn because our main purpose was visiting the Pumphouse at Jay Peak Resort. After seeing the resort's prices and reading reviews of its rooms, we decided to stay off-site. The Jay Village Inn was a good compromise.
Our room overlooked dumpsters and the road, so the view wasn't great, although road noise wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, noise within the Inn was an issue. We could hear almost every bump, tap, and footstep from adjoining rooms.
