"The room was indeed neglected. It was cold and dark and dirty. The curtains were dirty the carpet was frayed, bumpy and very badly stained, it was disgusting. Sadly my efforts to raise these matters with Epic Hotels have been completely ignored. We actually checked out of the hotel within thirty minutes of arriving and stayed in a far nicer venue. The least I would expect is a full refund."
