Property in need of air conditioning for summer stays though although a fan is provided which is insufficient to cool the room. Location overlooking the lake and bird life is superb and car park fees go to the park upkeep so are justified. Overall good but too hot in the room."

"This is a sweet guest house with a walkable location and neighbourhood feeling The room was certainly cozy with a terrific shower and really good mattress! It uses a self check-in feature with no available staff yet response time online was swift and helpful. All in all a nice option from the typical hotel experience….."
