"Our room had a pull out sofa. Two of the children were going to sleep there but there were no extra blankets or pillows for this “bed”. We when to the front desk to obtain a blanket and pillow and was told they don’t give those things out after 8pm. We called to the front desk and they said they couldn’t provide that as they didn’t have enough extra lines but there were some in the dryer that would be done around 3am.
