"2nd time staying here and will come back for sure. The hotel seems a bit old but fair enough for the price. Is very clean, the staff is very friendly. They offer Disney and universal transportation. The beds are comfy, the rooms have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, perfect for short stays. I really recommend to stay here, there's a Walmart next to the hotel and Starbucks, across the street there's an IHOP and souvenir stores. The price is really good for what you actually get. "

"Stayed there with my family and we loved it!! Felt super safe with security on the front check in. Also, lots of activities planned every day to keep busy if you didn’t want to leave the resort. "

"Room was clean. The hallway smelled very musty. There was construction at 1 of the pools. The other pool was very nice. Liked that it has a Pizza Hut and Starbucks and a store for drinks and snacks. Car rentals can be done at the hotel too. The staff we came in contact with were great. We spent 2 nights there. There was no room service: changing garbage and replacing towels. Not sure if you are supposed to ask for that now or not. "

"Hotel is older, but remodeled, seemed clean enough- only thing is someone opened the door on us while we were all sleeping- likely the cleaning lady but 3 hrs before checkout is not ok, it scared us."

"Communication with staff confusing. I lost my car keys running to get out of a sudden downpour. I dialed 0 and asked about said key. They had the keys. I was told by Katherine that they could not send anybody over till it stopped raining. Are you kidding me…. I was told to call back when the rain stopped. 1 1/2 hr latter it stopped raining. I called the operator back and could not get through, ringing, transferred to the wrong department. So ( with recent knee surgery walking was slow going) I...

"Took my kids to legoland and the location and the hotel was in perfect location and it was an amazing experience I was able to check in early I loved it."

"We did a family vacation with 4 adults and a one year old. The hotel was conveniently located to Legoland and Peppa pig. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend."

"It was a great location for our trip. Even even though we did not use it they had a shuttle taking people downtown if they wanted to go. The property was very clean and breakfast was good and everyone was nice and helpful and serving. "

"the ac turning off every 2 hours was loud but the room stayed cold. breakfast was good with lots of options. the shower in my room at least the pressure was bed and the water would pool at the bottom. elevator didn’t work but got a room on the first floor with and extra bed and close to the pool. overall good for a one night stay. plenty of places to get dinner or lunch. "

"The room I was given had a smell of wet carpet, the carpet was not wet though. The shower is a handicap showere and the water comes out of the showere flooding the bathroom. Which in turn I think that is why it smells like wet carpet prettt sure the carpet has gotten wet a few times. Most likely has mildew under it. They need to put a better drainage system in the bathroom"
