"We arrived at the hotel and we got shouted at by the person at the desk’s that we were too early to check in. We pleaded to leave our luggage as we have been travelling other countries. We were told in a passive aggressive way that there was no room to leave any luggage etc. After a while , there was a humanity in this person and let us leave the luggage in the hallway somewhere. "It was literally just a room with a shower and the toilet. Zero amenities. The Wi-Fi was terrible. There was no air-conditioning I am we never had any indication that the bed or curtains had been cleaned in the past decade"

"I got a last-minute booking to stay in a room as I was unable to find a cheaper hostel bed elsewhere and I was too tired to stay awake all night. On check-in it was pointed out that you have to be aged 40 or under to stay in rooms and I was told to remember next time - but I was in a private room and it's okay. "Das Premier Inn liegt sehr zentral, mit mehreren U-Bahn-Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings hätte ich mir trotz der drei Sterne einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Safe im Zimmer gewünscht. Auch eine Kofferwaage im Hotel wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen, leider gab es diese trotz Nachfrage nicht. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden."
