"We loved our stay at Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel. When we arrived we were greeted very warmly and even got an upgrade to a bigger and nicer room at no extra charge. The staff honestly made out stay. They were so lovely. We also finally got a good night sleep the beds were comfortable and the amenities worked just fine. The breakfast was great. The buffet is small but they restock consistently and also you get an extra menu to choose from a cooked breakfast which they make by order. The food was...
