"We already miss it already! My husband and I's favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel in itself is an experience from the soiree's they have to the fun themed rooms themselves. The food is excellent as well as they are Michelin recommended. Perfect for those looking for a unique spunky hotel that has aesthetics taking you back to the Roaring 20s."
"The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average.
Staff was great, and very helpful."
"The bed was very comfort and we could sleep very well. The view of the lake was also great, nice atmosphere. Staffs were so kind! Highly recommended hotel in Hanoi:)"

"WONDEFUL Breakfast!! Terrific, friendly and helpful staff. I would never go to a different hotel in Hanoi.
The location is central to old town; yet quiet and an easy walk to everywhere. "
"We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed. She helped us to reserve amazing transportation in high end SUV with private driver as well. Food and service in restaurant is 5 star ! Delicious breakfast, Hotel is very clean and in great location. "
"Although there was some noise on from the 10th floor due to some construction in the dining area above our room, it didnt matter so much as it was during the day. The pool is a bit small and only two chairs next to the pool. The Sky Bar was bit of a let down, we only seen it open once in the 10 nights of our stay. but there are so many drinking places within a few minutes walk so wasnt a problem. The Hotel is on a busy main road but there was no noise from it in the room. The location was excellent all major tourist attractions are only a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a smile.
When were next in Hanoi i will definatly choose this hotel again"
"The hotel was very well located. The staff, especially Ms Anna were very helpful. Even provided me an early check in.
All the old quarter sights were within walking distance.
"
"There is no words to describe the staff professionalism, attitude and amazing service!!
Indeed it exceeded by far our expectations.
Special thanks to Lisa at the front desk, Quan Dinh the tour specialist and a friendly hug to Leu which served us amazing Negronis at the rooftop bar!"
