"this hotel is amazing if your looking for a non-exclusive hotel comes with 2 pools one on main floor and other on the roof with an amazing view it was a bit old but thatās honestly it the staff was amazing will come back here when I visit Acapulco again "
"No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby."
"Staff was great. The property is a bit run down and the pool was not very clean but a lot of people were swimming in it. The price was really great for 5 nights and we were happy with our choice in the end."
