"Really comfortable, clean, amazing room, and the location is great. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and sites in the Zona Colonial. The staff were really helpful and nice. Highly recommend. The only note is parking: the site says there is free parking but it’s street parking, which depending on the day can be hard to find nearby."

"Good location, but unfortunately I realised too late there was bed bugs in my windowless room. Checked out a day early. They offered to clean my room or to switch rooms, but bed bugs are not that easily to get rid off. Expedia team attempted to reach out to manager for refund for my last night but to no avail. "
