"Great area to walk around Ciudad Colonial. Around the corner of the hotel theres a walking street with a lot of shops and restaurant and Parque Colón. A lot of tourist actives to do in the area. The only complaint I have is that didn't have batteries for my safe. I asked for them but didn't receive any :(. But otherwise great experience. "

There was no vibe and it wasn't a good place to meet people. The owner and workers were dishonest.. "Broken air conditioner for a few days. Couldn't move to another room. Then the electric went out, with no water service! I moved to a neighboring hotel! What a shame, such a great location, and great potential to be a good hotel, if only some money were invested into the property!"
