"I chose this hotel because I needed an apartment style hotel because I traveled with a child. This was perfect for my needs and it had a full kitchen, a bedroom and living room. The area is very quiet but still very near the main attractions of the area. It included breakfast but you need to go to a restaurant by parque Colón to eat it, that’s like 3 blocks away. They don’t allow visitors to your apartment. "

"This hotel has the best location in the area, right in front of parque Colón and the cathedral, is right by a strip of restaurants and entertainment. I stayed at the superior room with a balcony overseeing the palace and the calle el Conde is right next to it. The room is beautiful but the has no elevators, there’s a lot of stairs, doesn’t include breakfast, and the room has no coffee maker but there’s a famous restaurant in the first floor. Is also very affordable for how emblematic this hotel is."

"This is probably one of the most convenient hotels to stay in the Colonial Zone. Breakfast buffet daily, lunch of the day for $300 pesos, gym, parking, rooftop solarium, elevator, right in the middle of everything, friendly staff and affordable. I have tried three hotels from the area, this is the most complete."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really look out for you, and that is what stood out the most for me. They looked out for me with Ubers, navigating around the area, and even were worried when I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast. In fact, they kept the cafeteria open for me to make sure I got to eat. (They can bring it to you for a modest fee, FYI.) The accommodations are basic but adequate, which is fine if you’re like me and not planning to spend a lot of time at your hotel. The shower had hot water and decent water pressure. I also like the location, being just a block and a half from El Conde (pedestrian street) and a few minute walk from Parque Colón, where you can always find restaurants to have a coffee or meal. "
