"Great stay"

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service."

"If I could give this place 6/5 stars, I would. The staff were SO helpful and they provided complimentary shuttle service to the train station, and to tianmen mountain."

"The place need renovation"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with friendly, efficient service and a seamless check-in process. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay with plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet atmosphere that allowed for a great night’s sleep. The hotel itself is tastefully designed, with stylish common areas and...

"It’s a nice basic hotel, nothing fancy but the golden ticket is : Amy!! What would I do without her help! She was absolutely fantastic! I was there for only 2.5 days and weather was iffy. I was a bit disappointed that my trip was going to be affected by the bad weather, Amy booked all my tour visits, shuttles and made great recommendations that will go according to weather. I was absolutely impress! She was able to squeeze all my bucket list items in the short time I was there, even with the bad...

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location."

"Great hotel. Excellent location."

"Śniadanie w hotelu było bardzo różnorodne, można spróbować lokalnych przekąsek. Dużym udogodnieniem jest możliwość bezpłatnego przechowania bagażu, dzięki czemu po zejściu z góry mogliśmy spokojnie zwiedzać bez ciężkich torb."

"This is THE hotel to stay at Zhangjiajie. The staff are extremely helpful with all ticket bookings and will plan your trip for you. They are also very friendly and will give you the best experience possible during your stay at Zhangjiajie."

"The host was super helpful and nice, sent us itineraries for the places we were visiting. She also asked us what we would like and at what time for breakfast and made us delicious breakfast to our room. Room was clean and with a spacious, comfortable bed and big TV"

"Beautiful hotel nestled in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, with stunning views. Very convenient if you want to visit the national park, but less convenient for other attractions (the Grand Canyon, the city centre and the Tianmen Mountain Gate). The breakfast offers a good balance of Western and Eastern flavours. The food is also excellent. Special mention goes to the receptionist, Tiffany. She was incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us arrange transportation to the...

"Breakfast is not good for us because is no to much options for chine persons have a lot but occidental person no too much that me very disappointed."

"Wir hatten eine durchaus gute Zeit vor Ort. Das Personal ist toll und auch das hauseigene Restaurant war super! Leider ist die Anlage selbst stark in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht unbedingt den Bildern die online veröffentlicht sind."

"Didn’t really like anything the picture is not the real hotel they put a picture of another building ( 72 wonders) the hotel name in English is different from the real name hotel , I had a hard time finding the hotel , taxi driver left me in another place, had to take another taxi and even when I found the hotel I thought I was in the wrong place , the location was also in a residential place with no restaurants around with English menu , the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray, people were...
