"Modern hotel, well maintained, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Very close to the impressive Xi’an city wall, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended."

"The room is good, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is most helpful."

"Staff are great and friendly. Laundry facilities are great and easy to use. Very nice location to city subway and connect to all tour’s locations. Trade off is maybe a little noisy sometimes."

"Good location"

"Thet tourist attractions of Big Goose Pavilion and the Tang Everlasting Night pedestrian street is right outside the hotel front lobby. We were given a quiet room far from the elevator. With all the activities outside, we could not hear a thing and had restful sleep during our stay. The subway station is about a 10 min. walk and the Shangxi History Museum is about a 20 min. walk. The room itself did show some wear but over all was still a solid 4 out of 5 star. During our last day of...

"Unfortunately, our stay at Xi’an Eastern Boutique Hotel was disappointing. Our room was directly across from the guest laundry, and the washing machines were running until after 11pm each night, with guests regularly coming and going and slamming the washing machine and drier door. The advertised closing time was 10:30pm, but we had to call reception every night to ask them to actually close it. With early starts planned, this meant we got very little sleep. The bathroom was also unpleasant,...

"The staff was over the top with helping me, especially Eva at the desk and Warren at the door. I hadn’t set up any local trips before I arrived but they took care of taxis and getting me an outstanding English guide (“Wang”) at the Terra Cotta Warriors excavation site. Unfortunately the laundry prices were a little high. I had a full load, 9 tee shirts for instance, with the associated clothing, not much else that cost over $100 to get done. The pool and restaurant are in another building,...

"We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with really delicious food. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, and they surprised us with a couple of nice little gifts during our stay. Our room was very spacious, fitted with big windows. Lots of natural light flooded in, making the room...

"The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300."

"Amazing location. An oasis of peace in busy city. Great breakfast! Easy to walk or taxi to locations in walled city or nearby. Use Didi for taxis for better rate, though they cannot pick up directly in the hotel campus. There are two other hotels plus conference centers on this enclosed historic square."

"Sauberes, ruhiges und großes Zimmer mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir wurden auch vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit in unser Zimmer eingelassen. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel sehr nah am muslimischem Viertel sowie am Glockenturm und einer Einkaufsmeile."

"Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available"

"Hotel bello, pulito, stanza ampia colazione perfetta fatta all istante, forse un po lontano dalla metro ma con didi o taxi a poco prezzo giri la città, straconsigliato"

"So close to Bell & drum towers / Muslim district. One of the best hot pot places in town is directly across the way. Breakfast was very good & all the staff was super friendly."
