"Very nice place to stay for our 3 day hike on the AT. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away. It has an even better restaurant on top (you need reservations) and is right on the Appalachian Trail so you will meet all sorts on interesting folks. It would be nice if the kitchen was a bit better stocked but we managed to make one dinner from scratch for 6 hungry hikers which was our original plan. Jonathan is very friendly, we met him once and he shared his vision of how he wants to develop the property. He said we were only his third guests so far since he opened up earlier this year."
"Mona is a great hostess she was on the phone checking with us about our food habits and arrival time prior to start date. She was very kind to organize breakfast for guests and made sure to sit and chat with us. Great location and highly recommended. "

"This was a freshly renovated historic home - very spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfy living room & beds and a beautiful deck (wish the weather cooperated...). The large grounds provided lots of privacy. Easy to get to from NY, CT and VT. Limited cell service in the area - which was a plus for escaping, yet easy access to the property's wifi. Short drives to Lenox were very scenic."

"A very good place to stay. Best of all, each bedroom has its own bathroom. There's plenty of hot water, even if multiple people are showering at the same time. The only downside to me is that the washer is broken when we checked in. We want to come again!"
"This unit in the Stephentown is truly a gem. The space is beautiful, beds were comfy and they provide all the amenities you could need!….even extra toothpaste, toothbrushes, makeup remover, etc. The host reached out immediately after booking with tons of info about local restaurants and attractions - all of which were excellent. The property is less than 10 mins from Jiminy Peak as well as plenty of great restaurants and shops. My only heads up is that the stairs are somewhat narrow (it’s an old bldg so that’s not a big surprise). But be aware of it. Even still, it deserves 5 stars. "
