"What an excellent hotel! Quick check-in and check-out, Rooms are very spacious and are outfitted wonderfully, like hotels used to do! Endless drawers for storage and lot of amenities. The room was super quiet- never heard a sound from other rooms. The decor, even in the hallways is high end. Elevators so quick- don’t think I ever waited 30 seconds. "The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay. "
